• No part of any of the graphics on this site may be used to create "new" graphics.
• Do not remove the credits on the layouts under any circumstances.
• Do not remove the link to Celestial Designs on any of the layouts.
• Do not claim that you made any designs found on this site.
• Always give credit & a link back if you use any of the layouts/graphics
• Do not alter the graphics/layouts at all, ever.
• Wallpapers are for your desktop only. You may not use them for layouts and other graphics.
• You may not ever redistribute my layouts/graphics. They were made for Celestial, and that's where they will stay
